External Merchandise Trade (excluding non-declared trade) of Georgia amounted to USD 23 429.0 million in 2024, 8.0 percent higher year-on-year. The value of export increased by 7.8 percent reaching USD 6 560.4 million, while the import increased by 8.1 percent and amounted to USD 16 868.7 million. The trade deficit equaled USD 10 308.3 million and its share in trade turnover constituted 44.0 percent.
