The Government of Georgia on Wednesday declared January 9 the day of mourning to honour the lives of five children who perished in a tragic fire in the village of Saberio in the Russian-occupied Gali district.
Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze signed a decree mandating that state flags be flown at half-mast on all administrative buildings across Georgia.
