The Georgian National Tourism Administration (GNTA) has launched a large-scale marketing campaign in France to promote Georgia as a leading travel destination.

As part of the campaign, banners showcasing Georgia’s most attractive tourist sites have been installed at 170 locations across Paris - including metro stations, central streets, and major squares.

The visuals highlight the country’s stunning nature, rich culture, and historic cities, inviting Parisians and visitors alike to discover Georgia.

Throughout the year, the GNTA will carry out a variety of promotional activities across French cities to present Georgia’s diverse tourism potential.

Forbes Spain Travel has named Batumi among the most desirable travel destinations for 2026.

The prestigious publication shared with millions of readers a list of travel destinations for 2026, where Batumi was among such interesting tourist destinations as Madrid, Miami, Austria, Abu Dhabi, New Zealand, Andalusia, Costa Rica and others.

“Batumi, Georgia's economic capital, stretching along the Black Sea, is one of the most impressive urban destinations in Europe. Founded in the 4th century BC, Batumi is an eclectic yet impressive mix of futuristic skyscrapers, neoclassical villas, Soviet architecture and a collection of trendy restaurants, cafes and clubs. The city’s main symbol is the Alphabet Tower, designed by Spanish Alberto Domingo Cabo. The 133-meter-high tower stands in Batumi Boulevard, a coastal promenade more than seven kilometers long. Nearby are two giant steel sculptures Ali and Nino, which are in constant motion”, the article said.

Forbes Spain Travel is the Spanish-language travel publication of Forbes, which focuses on tourism. It publishes articles, reports and covers events focused on the travel experience, tourism strategy, hospitality and the development of the high-value tourism industry.
