As a result of the case study, the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency established the fact of violation of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights by the trader “Lider Glass” LLC (I/N 400302436). Based on the decision, the trader was required to bring his trading policy into line with the relevant articles of the law within one month. “Lider Glass” LLC (I/N 400302436) was fined for failing to comply with the obligations of the Agency. The fine amounted to 600 GEL. The imposition of a fine does not exempt the trader from complying with the Agency's decision.
